1. All fandoms (film, tv, actor/musician appreciation, and animation) are welcome, except for porn.
2. Starting June 2006, a round is going to last a month. There are 30 slots available,1 entry per vidder in a round. All rounds begin the first of the month.
3. Any entry submited when the round is closed will be ignored. Entries that do not follow the rules will get one email in response; the second error made by that vidder will result in a disqualification from that round. The vidder may resubmit the following round.
4. Videos that have won from EPMVA in the past are no longer eligable for an award, UNLESS that video only won in a themed or challenge round.
5. If you do not win, it doesn't mean we hated the video. You may resubmit it if you would like.
6. Any free hosting service is accepted EXCEPT rapidshare, Megaupload, savefile, or any stream file videos (youtube, etc) because the first two and my computer are mortal enemies and stream files and dial up don't mix well. Yousendit is fine, but make sure you give me a valid email addy incase I miss out on the 7 day limit.
7. Starting September 1st, 2007 the file size limit is officially lifted. As long as the video isn't super huge, which i mean 100s of MB, i will take it :D
8. Let's try to remember who is running the site here. If you don' like the way we run the site or judge, instead of ranting on the tagboard, either take it up with us via email or leave the site. We all have feelings here, andwe know it isn't fun when you don't win.
9. Clip Theft is not tolerated. If suspected and confirmed (vidders know their edits and will rat you out if they find it) you will be banned from the site. So...don't do that. :P
10. Please read the latest updates to be sure of the status of the current and future rounds. If you don't read the updates and submit when a round isn't open yet, I will know and the entry will be deleted. You can resubmit when the round opens, but hey, as it is written it shall be.
11. The code word/phrase for this round is: "A lamb in a city of wolves. Which one will take you down, I wonder?"
